OptiMum, la solution indispensable contre la fatigue et l'anxiété post-partum.

During pregnancy, steroid hormones (estrogen and progesterone) will gradually increase and then drop suddenly following childbirth.

See our article “Postpartum” for more details.

Among other things, estrogens play a positive role in mood, cognition and behavior. Their sudden drop, associated with fatigue, the change of pace, the physiological changes in the body lead to mood fluctuations that are sometimes distressing. OptiMum supports you during this period with the following synergistic effect:

-Hops contain in particular 8-prenylnaringenin, which has phytoestrogenic properties (property close to female estrogens). This will therefore contribute to hormonal balance during this period.

    - Saffron will have an antidepressant action by acting directly on the nervous system through its serotonergic action.

    - Klamath to boost the body and mind thanks to its high content of vitamin, minerals, omega 3 and 6 but also by activating dopamine.
